1 h 20 from Tunis-Carthage airport, Sousse is Tunisia's third-largest city and one of the country's major seaside resorts. Its walled medina has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1988.

  • The archaeological museum, housed in the kasbah, with its large collection of Roman mosaics.
  • Port El Kantaoui, with its marina and golf course, about ten kilometres to the north.

Most hotels stretch along the coast between the town centre and Port El Kantaoui: just give us your hotel name when booking and your driver will drop you at the entrance. The medina is best explored on foot; in summer, go in the morning or late afternoon.
