The website www.taxi-tunisie.net is published by Taxi Tunisie, a taxi and transfer service in Tunisia.

The texts, photos, logos and graphic elements on this website are the property of Taxi Tunisie or are used with permission. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written consent is prohibited.

These general terms of sale apply to all transfers and excursions booked with Taxi Tunisie, whether online, by phone, by e-mail or via WhatsApp. Making a booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Bookings are made via our online form, stating the route, the date and time (or the flight number) and the number of passengers. A booking becomes firm upon receipt of our confirmation. Excursions are subject to a prior quote.

Our prices are fixed, calculated per journey and per vehicle (sedan, van or minibus), not by meter. The price confirmed at booking is the final price: luggage and motorway tolls are included.

Prices are expressed in Tunisian dinars (TND). Amounts shown in euros or dollars are for guidance only. A surcharge may apply for an address very far from the city centre; if so, it is indicated before confirmation.

Payment is made in cash (TND) to the driver at the end of the journey. Card and online payment are currently being rolled out.

To change or cancel a booking, contact us via WhatsApp or by phone on +216 50 222 151, or by e-mail at contact@taxi-tunisie.net, quoting your booking reference.

For airport pick-ups, we track your flight in real time using the flight number provided. In the event of a delay, the pick-up time is adjusted at no charge.

The driver waits up to 60 minutes after the actual landing time, allowing you to collect your luggage and go through the checks. Beyond that, we will contact you by phone or WhatsApp.

Luggage is included. A sedan takes 2 cabin bags and 2 large suitcases; for more luggage, choose a van or a minibus.

Child seats must be requested when booking. Small pets are accepted in a cage or carrier and must be declared when booking.

Taxi Tunisie undertakes to carry out the booked transfer with a vehicle in good condition and a professional driver. We cannot be held liable for any delay or impediment due to force majeure (weather conditions, road closure, strike, decision of the authorities).

The customer is responsible for the information provided when booking (times, address, flight number, number of passengers).
