How do I book a taxi from Tunis airport?add
Book directly using our online form, giving your destination, your flight date and time, and the number of passengers. You will receive a confirmation by SMS and WhatsApp within 5 minutes.
How long before my flight should I book?add
We recommend booking at least 2 hours before your flight. However, we also accept last-minute bookings, subject to availability. For groups or minibuses, 24 hours' notice is advised.
Can I change or cancel my booking?add
Yes, you can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Contact us via WhatsApp or by phone and we will sort it out quickly.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?add
Yes, as soon as your booking is confirmed, you receive an SMS and a WhatsApp message with the details: pick-up time, driver's contact details and booking number.

What are your prices?add
Our prices are fixed and transparent, calculated per journey (not by meter). As a guide: Tunis → Hammamet from 120 TND, Tunis → Sousse from 170 TND, Tunis → Monastir from 200 TND. The price covers the entire journey, with no luggage surcharge.
Are there any hidden charges?add
No, no hidden charges. The price you see is the final price, luggage included. The only possible extras are motorway tolls (already included in our displayed prices) and destinations very far from the town centre.
Which payment methods do you accept?add
We accept cash payment (TND) to the driver at the end of the journey. Card and online payment are being rolled out.
Is the return fare the same?add
Yes, the return fare is the same for each direction of the journey. If you book both journeys at the same time, ask us whether a special offer is available.

What happens if my flight is delayed?add
We track your flight in real time using your flight number. If it is delayed, your driver automatically adjusts their arrival time at the airport. No extra charge applies for flight delays.
Will my driver wait if I'm late coming out?add
Yes, your driver waits up to 60 minutes after the actual landing time (time to collect your luggage and go through checks). After that, we contact you by phone/WhatsApp.
How do I find my driver at the airport?add
Your driver waits for you in the meeting area of the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. You will also receive their phone number by SMS before departure so you can contact them directly.

How much luggage can I bring?add
Luggage is always included in the price. A sedan can take 2 cabin bags + 2 large suitcases. For groups with lots of luggage, we recommend a van or minibus.
Do you accept pets?add
Yes, we accept small pets in a closed cage or carrier. Please mention it when booking so that we can assign you the most suitable vehicle.
Can I travel with bulky equipment (bike, skis, pushchair)?add
Yes, provided you let us know when booking. A van or minibus will be booked if necessary to ensure comfortable transport with your equipment.

What types of vehicles do you offer?add
We have economy sedans (1–3 passengers), vans / minivans (4–7 passengers) and minibuses (8–16 passengers). All our vehicles are air-conditioned, recent and perfectly maintained.
Are the vehicles air-conditioned?add
Yes, all our vehicles have air conditioning. In Tunisia, summer temperatures can exceed 40°C, which is why we pay particular attention to comfort.
Do the drivers speak French?add
Yes, all our drivers speak French. Some also speak English, Arabic and German. We can assign drivers according to your language preferences if you wish.

Do you operate at night and on public holidays?add
Yes, we operate 24/7, including nights, weekends and public holidays. Our prices are the same at any time, with no night surcharge.
Can you make a stop on the way?add
Yes, you can make one or more stops (supermarket, pharmacy, currency exchange…). Please mention it when booking so the driver can factor it into the timing.
Do you offer hourly hire?add
Yes, in addition to airport transfers, we offer an "Hourly" option for full-day or half-day hire. Contact us for a personalised quote.
